Wind, south east. Latitude, 15 degrees 30 minutes 3 seconds. Thursday, 19th June, Gorge, River Strangways. Leaving Mr. Kekwick in charge of the party, started with Thring, Auld, and King, to look for water. No rain seems to have fallen here for a long time back; the grass is quite dry and withered. At 8. 15 proceeded down the river, and, to avoid the hills, I went about a mile to the west, and found a very passable road; for about two miles we had sandy soil and spinifex mixed with grass, also a few stony rises of lime and sandstone. The country after that again became excellently grassed, the soil light and a little sandy. No water in the bed, which appears to have a very rapid fall; its general course is about north north east. At twelve miles, seeing a stony hill of considerable elevation, I left the bed, and went towards it.

This derives from the word Sha, meaning Orbit, along with the words Ra and On,relating to the ultimate Temple of Light. Hence, she was theRose of the Orbit of Light. The significance of this highly venerated station is actually made apparent in the Bible's esoteric Song of Solomon, wherein the Messianic bride proclaims,'I am the rose of Sharon and the lily of the valleys'. A Star Fire recipient King was considered to have become qualified for kingship when he reached a predestined state of enlightened consciousness a state when his aptitudes for wisdom and leadership had been enhanced to a realm of kingship called the Malku. It was from this Mesopotamian word that the Hebrews derived their words malchusking and malkhut kingdom. Only in very recent times have medical scientists identified the hormonal secretion of the pineal gland. It was finally isolated in 1968 and the essence was called melatonin, which means 'night worker'from the Greek melos, meaning 'black', and tosos, meaning 'labour'. Those with a high melatonin output react strongly against sunlight, which affects their mental capability. They are essentially night operatives and melatonin is called the 'hormone of darkness', being produced only at night or out of sunlight. Exposure to an excess of sunlight actually makes the pineal gland smaller and lessens spiritual awareness, whereas darkness and high pineal activity enhance the keen intuitive knowledge of the subtle mind, while reducing the stress factor. Melatonin enhances and boosts the body's immune system, and those with high pineal secretion are less likely to develop diseases.

"Stephen Smith developed a quick, accurate method of locating and counting the millions of synapses in the brain. Mark TuschmanResearchers at the Stanford University School of Medicine, applying a state of the art imaging system to brain tissue samples from mice, have been able to quickly and accurately locate and count the myriad connections between nerve cells in unprecedented detail, as well as to capture and catalog those connections surprising variety. A typical healthy human brain contains about 200 billion nerve cells, or neurons, linked to one another via hundreds of trillions of tiny contacts called synapses. It is at these synapses that an electrical impulse traveling along one neuron is relayed to another, either enhancing or inhibiting the likelihood that the second nerve will fire an impulse of its own. One neuron may make as many as tens of thousands of synaptic contacts with other neurons, said Stephen Smith, PhD, professor of molecular and cellular physiology and senior author of a paper describing the study, published Nov. 18 in Neuron. Because synapses are so minute and packed so closely together, it has been hard to get a handle on the complex neuronal circuits that do our thinking, feeling and activation of movement. But the new method may put the mapping of these connections within scientists grasp. It works by combining high resolution photography with specialized fluorescent molecules that bind to different proteins and glow in different colors. Massive computing power captures this information and converts it into imagery. Examined up close, a synapse less than a thousandth of a millimeter in diameter is a specialized interface consisting of the edges of two neurons, separated by a tiny gap.

The authors also take heterogeneous customer valuation of design into account, which is an interesting touch and tries to makes their model more applicable to the real world, because even though the customers of certain companies might have some characteristics in common, their preferences will never be homogeneous and the differences should still be accounted for. The authors also really stressed the relevance of research in this domain, seeing how important the ability to customize products is nowadays and that it is considered to be a skill and the flexibility of a craftsman from before the industrial revolutionTerwiesch and Loch, 2004. Despite the fact that Terwiesch and Loch 2004 discussed paragraphs in which they proof their theories, it can be argued that their arguments are still not enough and it still does not authenticate their statements/ theories. This is due to the lack of trial in a real life setting. The authors argue each and every theory based on their assumptions, which would have been fine if they had tested this in a real life setting and concrete evidence was presented, but unfortunately in this case they have not. Also, the authors have only taken customer market settings into consideration in which the producer chooses the conditions of the contracts and in which the customer does not have the power to influence this.
